We are an environmental chemistry and molecular toxicology research group at Carleton University. Our research examines how environmental contaminants, particularly per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), move from sources of exposure into biological systems, where they are transformed and interact with molecular pathways. By integrating advanced analytical chemistry with mechanistic biology, we uncover how these processes shape human and ecosystem health.
